Pontes is an intermunicipal partnership whose operating rules are laid down in the decree of 22 December 2017 on local government.

General Assembly

The General Assembly, Pontes’ highest governing body, comprises representatives from all member municipalities. The General Assembly appoints the Board of Directors. This body is responsible for the day-to-day management of Pontes.
